Cowshed Matting

With the ability to pour Non slip rubber matting onsite and with our specially engineered formula built to
handle large animal's day in and day out our cowshed matting will not be beaten. Our cowshed products
CSM15 and CSM20 has been built using specially made materials and put together onsite using a
special formula.

With the Farmers need and foresight to look after their stock we created a mat that will not only
provide their live stock with a comfortable, Non slip, Non pourus standing area but this product also
provides the farmer with a mat that is easy to clean once not used a strong and durable product and is
also backed with a 1 year warranty.

We have researched the farming industries for some time now and have seen that some farmers are
having problems with factory made products, built to order.

Problems are

- Once order has been made and sent to customer then farmer must install product or pay an additional
cost to have product installed and then still sit and wait until their provider can get to site.

- Due to the product being factory made the rubber tends to shrink in size which causes other problems
like product not lining up when installing or product will pull away from itself or concrete when glued
together.

- Product tends to pull itself off the concrete due to shrinkage or bad base preparation.

Advantages to an onsite pour

- Base preparation is professionally prepared using acids and other materials to ensure adhesives are
only sticking to concrete and rubber partials.

- As rubber is poured straight onto adhesive bonded to the concrete floor this will allow for zero
shrinkage as each rubber partial has been bonded together.

- Wet poured surfacing allows us to custom make your surface so that the mat is formed and created
around objects and machines, poles and pipes and depending on size can be one total mat and not 10
or 20 pieces.
